Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6–8 oz)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Optional: thyme oregano, lemon slices

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Pat chicken dry & brush with olive oil
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and optional herbs
  4. Bake 20–25 min, until 160–162°F internal temp
  5. Rest 5–10 min covered
  6. Slice & serve
